I think I'm getting addicted to 步步惊心. The entire love story tugs at my heartstrings (yes I am a hopeless sap sometimes) and the fact that it brings out the spirit of the historical Qing dynasty setting, complete with princes and horses and court politics, is a giant bonus. Also, the music. So tragic and beautiful and full of a longing and melancholy that I cannot hope to fully understand.
